400g Digestive biscuit, crushed
600g Cream cheese
50ml DV8 cream liqueur
100g Icing sugar
300ml Double cream, whipped
100g Grated white chocolate, grated
Melt butter and mix into crushed biscuit
Line a round baking tin with crushed biscuit
Lightly whip cream cheese, and then beat in DV8 and icing sugar.
Fold in whipped cream and grated chocolate.
When smooth spoon over biscuit.
Refrigerate and allow to set for two hours.
Decorate as desired.
